Is there any MBean and attribute available which can provide the correct and upto date version number of running weblogic? I need to find out weblogic version after connecting to weblogic using its listen port.

To get the version, once you log into the administration console go to Console or click Set Your Console Preferences under Information and Resources.

Once there click the Versions tab. That's it!
